Yea I have Yamato's TB faster than most top tiers. Issue is it's just one move and it's doing tickle damage, so Yamato gets folded in a fight.

There is objectively no reason to say Yamato's TB isn't among the fastest attacks in the series, faster than even some top tiers should be able to react to, comfortably atleast.

Ulti speedblitzed Luffy, and Ulti had no response to Yamato's attack.

Yamato's problem is ironically the exact opposite of Luffy's going into the fight with Kaido: Yamato can use Adv CoC, but was never taught Ryuo, so her Haki isn't hitting Kaido internally like Luffy's was.

Yamato training with the Scabbards should make her stronger, since they're really good at Ryuo (only reason the Scabbards were able to hurt Kaido).

Luffy is a a pirate, he’s the pirate savior of the world. So whatever is different about him compared to Joyboy, the first pirate, Roger, the pirate king, and Shanks, the pirate king apprentice, is what is going make him Pirate Jesus and not them
