Unless there's a divide in Elbaf society with an Upper and Lower realm, like in the Norse pantheon. Maybe Upper society has a different architectural style

It's a lego house, not Elbaf's architecture. Giants are big enough to play house with regular sized humans.

Honestly, I know people are upset at the Revo army for not doing more but I think what they were shown doing this chapter is lowkey amazing

I think problem with the Revos is more so how the stuff they do is illustrated/depicted. You never really get a good sense of the scale of their achievements because Oda doesn't bother drawing their feats as the big deal they are.

You'll get Dragon and co talking about how effective the blockade has been but you'll never see the preparations, coordination and logistics that allowed it. Heck you won't even get a grand, epic double spread depicting the siege in any way.

Even their raid on Marijoa, by all accounts a big deal, didn't feel that way because we were just shown a cramped and rushed collage of all the important bits that doesn't give any sense of coherence and complexity to the operation. Oda again didn't even bother drawing Sabo destroying the the Celestial Dragon's symbol in a cool double spread and that was supposed to be a major thing...
