Imo:
Sanjis weakest techniques are those that are named after parts of meat as those are primarily built for combos:
1. Collier
2. Épaule
3. Côtelette
4. Selle
5. Poitrine
6. Basse Côte
7. Longe
8. Tendron
9. Flanchet
10. Quasi
11. Queue
12. Cuisseau
13. Jarret

Sanjis mid tier attacks have two different schemes. These are usually used to either finish a combo using the low tier attacks above or stand alone attacks.

First is those named after types of meats or main dishes:
1. Bouquetière Shot
2. Premiere Hachis Hash
4. Collier Frit
5. Mouton Mallet (Beef Burst when he uses IJ)
6. Veau Vengance

Second named after cooking techniques:
1. Brochette
2. Flambé Shot
3. Poêle à Frire: Specter
5. Rotisserie
6. Crush

Sanjis really has only one higher tier attack:
1. Bien Cuit: Grill Shot

Finally there’s Hell Memories, an ultimate attack where Sanjis rage makes his fire explode around him and when he kicks an opponent it explodes around them and covers them in flame.
Where his best technique Party table kick course? :josad:

Bro you really think there isn't a single jap that hates g5 or something?

There's plenty
People just not openly shit on it that much in Japan because of culture, there is arguably more shitposting on anonym japanese image boards

Black rope dragon twister is not only a new attack from the post timeskip it’s also the attack that cut Kaidos Scale. It was portrayed as a high end attack. Even Zoro was surprised when King managed to block it.
It's a Tatsumaki with base CoA imbued in it.. Even if Ifrit Jambe Epaule Strike is a base Ifrit Jambe attack, i think the raw power of Ifrit Jambe is either on par or above a Tatsumaki infused with base CoA..

Attacks made with the foot in Gear 4 are like this, the leg never becomes like a balloon.

In the elephant whip attack, the leg is like a balloon, this is definitely not the leg of Gear 4, it should have been very easy to distinguish this, lol.

Unless you can find a scene in Gear 4 where the leg looks like this, you cannot escape the fact that this is a typo.
From visual only, it is Gear 3.. However every reasoning you're giving which would be valid for Boundman and it's key features may not apply due to Luffy having Awakening and it having an effect on his Gears and body manipulation when not in Gear 5..

On twitter they will never openly shit on the series. At worst some mild criticism.
Yet they can get really nasty on anonymous places
twitter is more representative of your generic One Piece japanese reader though
