Even if this is true it's obviously something that only applies to Luffy then
Shanks Kaido Blackbeard etc. don't have the limits that Luffy has in G4 and G5, so them gassing out before they can knock him out isn't a problem.
yep it's not like the man beat luffy , luffy get tired out which will matter less and less as time goes on and is the only character not even yonko that get hit with a time limit over and over .
Hell Oda already changing how g4 works so it has less limits.

Yeah, there's still Loki who that idiot Luffy will free and unleash on Elbaf, and there's that silhouette hat guy.
Don't forget Kidd. He's washed up somewhere in the underworld area having lost his ship and crew, while wonderkid Goofy gets all the love. What happens if he finds out about Romance Dawn from Collun or another giant? Possible villain arc imo. He could be the one to release Loki, or team up with him to get at Luffy.

I forgot about Kidd.
:gokulaugh:
He has got to be more pissed at the Giants for sinking his ship and crew rather than Shanks who won against him fair and square.

Reborn

Throughout Heaven & Earth,I alone am d Honored One
I couldn't handle Wano already.

I legit can't understand how he could write such crazy, lazy and cringeworthy shit with her and treat her so badly.
If I have to guess then it has lot to do with two primary reasons

1) Luffy and co were not at that level. He has to Nerf/clown BM to make plot work in SHs favor.

2) Adding more ideas or dragging useless sub plots led to less panel time for actual stuffs. And, it's a big deal because these arcs have particular time frame in which author needs to wrap them up and if pacing is messed up then author has to rush things in the end

Have ya'll considered that maybe Kuzan, a Vice Admiral, knew that flames melt ice, and intentionally made the ice thin, knowing it would melt, and free Saul???

NVM, this is the only powerscaling we'll get out of the chapter, Cryogenics Scaling, so, let's get on with it.
Kuzan is a big softie.
He did the same with Garp.
He could have killed Garp when he was down but chose to just encase him in ice.
He also let Robin live three times (in Ohara, in Long Ring Long Land, and in Water 7) despite his orders.
