After the shitty way Oda has treated and used her in WCI and even worse in Wano, I don't have any hope about him doing anything good with Big Mom even I do think that she'll come back.

People were calling Jinbe's crew joining even back in Pre-TS. Oda writes crew members a very specific way with their Luffy relationship and their sad history/goals. Technically Kuma is written similarly but he doesnt have a direct talking relationship to Luffy so Im not sure, even if he's entirely tied to Nika. We still dont even know the real secret behind his race too
