I don’t think he has it based on the summary. At the end of the day, it’s all about portrayal. The abilities are really just arbitrary, you can just fill in the gaps on why Gaban is that strong. Really good haki and physicals, and that’s enough because his portrayal says that it’s enough.

He would be the single exception to this among top tiers. Hard to believe. Odds are he has it.

Lol. Im not even sure why people saying this chapter was a disaster for Luffy or Yonko fans when as soon as he ascertained that G5 exists he gave up on the fight and handed over the key, meaning he trusts Luffy to be able to deal with Loki. But whatever I guess.

If Gaban doesn’t have adCoC we need to get out of the circlejerk that it’s needed for top tiers

It's not impossible to be a top-tier without CoC, but there should be an ability to compensate the gap because all non-DF top-tiers also have top level stats in other categories that matter, but they still need it to stand where they stand.

I mean Rayleigh/Roger should be every bit as lethal and good with non-CoC Haki as Gaban, so if Rayleigh/Roger still needed CoC to be at the level they're in, then Gaban should have ridiculously better raw stats, CoA or CoO than RR to be comparable to them or he has other abilities to balance the power or he's weaker than them while still being a top-tier.
