Regardless let's disagree to agree on Loki being the arc villain, time will tell.
That said, I'm curious how you think the whole situation with the Holy Knights will be resolved then?
For the sake of it even if I agreed that Loki will be the main antagonist this arc, the reality is that there are two massive threats on Elbaf at the moment (i.e. Loki and the Holy Knights) whom of which are antagonistic to each other.

Well, overall I think there are going to be two "fronts": one Is Loki vs Luffy (we could say the "usual" dynamic, Luffy vs the big guy connected to the arc, this time with the Nika plot too); the other Is the other mugi - and maybe Usopp in particular in some way - vs HKs.

Probably there will be some mix between the two, but ultimately I think this are going to be the matchups.

The mugis will in fact deal with the active threat on their own, kind of the same that Law and Kidd did with BM.
