Ver-san was stronger than out of TS Sanji and Smoker, both of whom are vet level too. Sanji moves so fast that he perception blitz Ovens, a vet. Ver-san is comprable to Sanji in speed, and hits harder too.
He also kept up with Law teleporting around to get his heart, it's mad impressive.
There is no argument to this dude not even being in the conversation for the strongest vets.

Don't you believe that WsW breaking Jinbe's Armament is a better feat than anything Ve rgo did?
Also Sanji was nerfed against him and wasn't using his top speed
