No one could have predicted Kuzan had Garp The Fist lvl raw punching power, Admirals are just that well rounded where they can match other top tiers in their specialties :BigW:

I used to doubt the black blade, but after Fujitora having a Supreme blade from Wano when even homegrown samurai Oden wasn't given one, and Kuzan The Df merchant matching the greatest puncher of all time, anything is fair game for Admirals.
As if you believe this shit! If you really do, probably its time to log out before you lose more brain cells 😂

Getting a supreme grade is great for Fuji, but lets not oversell it. The God of blade didn't have a supreme grade while Whitebeard got a useless supreme grade blade lmao.

Either black blades don't mean much or Greenbull doesn't have one, its as simple as that. Remember the absolute strongest characters in the verse like Roger/Shanks, who always fight with their sword don't have black blades. Roger loved his sword so much that he even named his son after it. That means achieving a black blade goes beyond that - its for people who revere their sword, treating it as something sacred. For example: Zoro, despite being an atheist, buries his sword and prays for it.

Greenbull hasn't used his blade once - how could you agree with the dumbasses of this forum?

Believe what? I'm stating things shown or stated by Oda.

I wasn't a believer of Greenbull black blade at all, but after Kuzan matching Garp in raw punching, and Fuji supreme blade from Wano, I'm not gonna deny the legit possibility of Greenbull having a black blade.

People will talk about literalyl anything except for the damn actual chapter :risisweat:
Chapter is slow:jordanmf:We can go back to V E R G O topic

There is zero possibility lmao. Okay, lets give it 0.01% if Oda decides that GB only fights serious 1on1 with his sword. Is GB even a swordsman?

Come on now, how many characters did he fight?

His blade is literally black though. After Kuzan the Fist coming out of left field (we saw him fight plenty of times and we never had any idea he could generate punching power of the highest caliber in the verse) Greenbull not feeling like a swordsman isn't as strong as an argument as I originally thought. Kuzan didn't look like a fistfighter who can punch similar to Garp of all characters.

Especially after Fujitora's reveal, I think Greenbull actually holds a black blade. That way the duo match each other. Again his blade is literally black.

What you're saying for Bladesexuals like Mihawk and Ryuma is a matter of forging the blade, which doesn't have to be the case for Greenbull. I've accepted Greenbull's blade is likely a black blade.

Fuji is the swordsman of admirals and even he doesn’t have a black blade , y’all are shooting urselves in the foot with this gb stuff .

2023 thoughts.
Did I cook at all?
In retrospect it's kinda just saying what the entirety of the OP world will do, which I acknowledge in the comments; but the defining of what it means to be a giant/what elbaf is culturally is a big point here, as well as subjugating them as a people rather than just culling them being in line with the mention of giant labor exploitation.
I'd say the fantastical and aspirational aspect of Elbaf was also hammered in during these initial chapters.

The Paramecias are making a huge comeback this arc. Dream manifesting human? This ability to Materialize objects from Dreams Might be one of the more Powerful Abilities in the verse. Thank God Oda gave it to an antagonist.

I don't get how is that Kirin's power, I tried to look for any subtle detail but it's mainly floating/flying, burning the evil souls/spirits etc, fire whatever, nowhere about materializing dreams

Why can't GB have a black blade while Fuji remain as a non Black blade user

Lmao you gotta stop this shit. If Kuzan had Garp punching power, he would have went fist to fist with Garp. Him punching Garp in the face and sending him flying, is shit Luffy did pre-TS.

When Garp and Chinjao threw down for a duel they both clashed with their attacks. Same for Roger and Whitebeard, Luffy vs Kaido. What Oda did with Kuzan is just sly shit.

I'll give Kuzan more credit for being able to eat a Garp fist.
That exchange between Kuzan and Garp was the climax of the battleship bag narrative buildup, and it resulted into an equal showcase of power. Large haki nuke, both of them went flying at a similar distance… the framing and implications of this scene couldn’t get any clearer lol.
