They can be on the same level, but Mihawk has the advantage since he has the most powerful sword in the world

Zabuza's got a very good case against Hidan with full knowledge, by himself. Not stronger than Hidan but he's well enough equipped to take him down. Add in Haku and that's a done deal.

Nobody else has those kind of weaknesses though.

Warlord? None lol. OP physicals scale too high by Skypeia, with multiple characters (Usopp/Nami in particular) able to avoid point blank lightning attacks from Enel.

He's too crafty—Haku could try to replicate what he did to Sai in the War Arc, but Deidara's clay is firmer than Sai's ink constructs & Deidara can hide inside them too. Even Sasuke was fooled by that.

Sasori had trouble targeting Sakura and Chiyo while they were hiding behind some rocks, catching Zabuza offguard is nearly an impossible task since not even Kakashi’s sharingan was effective. Haku is literally stronger than part 1 Kakashi according to his testament, if he locks Sasori in his mirror jutsu especially in round 1 it might get real ugly

Haki being > part 1 Kakashi is just some whacky early story nonsense. Haku literally got bullied by not even a 1 tail cloak Naruto, who end of part 1 Kakashi scales above
