By scaling, IDK if these characters can hurt Jinbe. Nami/Usopp can avoid point blank lightning, meaning punches from base Luffy are moving faster than lightning. Scaled all the way up, Redhawk from FMI only gave Jinbe some bruises. I think he can walk through a field of Zabuza's.

It's ridiculous but I can't argue against what Oda draws. Even if they aren't by Skypeia, IIRC Luffy has similar feats Pre-timeskip and definitely post.

I'd love for Naruto to be on an even footing with them but OP went the Bleach route of character endurance/durability. It only exists when the plot says it should.
