How can we say that the most promising pirates of new gen who shared an 3b bounty with the MC are irrelevant?

They can be relevant at the first half of the timeskip, but post wano oda needed to remind you the older gen of pirates isn't done or out of the contest. You still have dudes like Teach, Shanks and Loki. And teach is simply a lot better of rival to luffy then Kidd was(even though I like Kidd fwiw)

I agree that old gen pirates needed more spotlight and Teach is Luffy's truly rival, but i disagree with the decision of kick them out, i mean, it's been only 1 arc ago, but i refuse to believe they aren't relevant enough to at least participate of Final Saga.
