I can’t see the raws for the Harald conversation but the narrator Japanese for Rocks’s introduction isn’t the typical word for kill and does imply pre meditation.
So Rocks probably did assassinate the admiral and what’s more he probably went there to kill him in the first place.

It's annoying the BB revelation was in a throwaway bracket unceremoniously... Instead of being revealed via dialogue with more impact. It also gave the impression that Rocks has no importance or personality apart from being BB's dad.

It is...fascinating that both characters are having their backstories slowly revealed this arc, where neither are even involved lol
Roger's single ship facing Shiki's armada in the middle of the sea. It doesn't matter. Shiki acknowledged it was Roger's era and when Roger was gone, Shiki acknowledged Whitebeard is the next in line, despite having no interest in conquest.
