Reborn

Throughout Heaven & Earth,I alone am d Honored One
It's kinda sad that while Rocks was commanding the likes of Whitebeard, Shiki, Big Mom...all his son has is fucking Shiryu, Burgress, Pizzaro :risisweat:
Not really....

1) commanding crew who have their own ambitions often results in them backstabbing you for their own ambitions - something which happened with Xebec on GV.

2) BBPs have yet to grow - have yet to get fleshed out. Yet, people expect them to show some next level feats when they hardly get any screentime of one vs one in a proper way.

BBPs atleast share the common goal which aligns with BB and this in itself makes them better crew as a unit than Rocks pirates.

Haven't you heard story about it's easier to break a stick. But when it club all sticks together, it gets harder.

BB is doing what Xebec didn't - get dfs and have a better crew as a unit and make them stronger.

The thing with Blackbeard's Crew that interests me, is they're one of the only Crews in the crew who are still growing stronger

The only other Crews that are growing in power are Supernova Crews and Cross Guild, all Yonkou Crews have been losing power.

Take Burgess: During Teach's duel with Ace, he yelled at Burgess and Van Augur for trying to fight Ace, saying he was above their level.

Two years later, and Burgess is fighting Sabo seriously, then taking down Officers from a low-level Yonkou Crew.

And Burgess fought Sabo pre-Fruit.

Shiryu was Magellan's level Pre-Time-Skip; Crocodile, who had great feats in Marineford, wanted nothing to do with fighting Magellan, and Ivankov, a Yonkou Commander tier fighter, was low-diffed.

I think Shiryu is closer to Mihawk than Vista.

The thing that makes Teach and his Crew dangerous is the Blackbeard Pirates are constantly seeking out strength.

Like, how many Pirates actually have the Guts to recruit a former Navy Admiral?

You know....the Era i want to see most of is actually the 22 years between Roger dying and Luffy sailing out. Like I appreciate the pre-Roger stuff, its important but Blackbeard and Shanks literally monopolize that particular era it seems lol:

- Shanks at least seemed to have built his crew between 14-22 years ago, then became a Yonko 6 years ago. We have no idea how he met any of those extraordinary people. In a similar vein, we havent seen that being the case with Roger either outside of how he meets Rayleigh.

- Blackbeards is even more interesting. Jesus, Doc Q, Laffite and Augur are all literal nobodies as far as we know, but Wolf, Devon, Pizarro, and Shot were all extremely evil pirates presumably from that post-Roger era, given their ages. Shiryu and Kuzan were government employees so their history isnt all that different than what we know Im sure. Oddly enough, Jesus, Doc Q, and Auger are all under 30 lmao. Laffite is Teach's age, and the rest are in their 30s and 40s too, except Wolf who's almost 100 years old.

Ok, whatever you say.
:okay:

That remind me of post people used to make when they claimed Kaido and BM would oneshot Zoro.
:milaugh:

The reality is if Oda wanted WB to destroy Mihawk he could have did it during the war, but he didn't. Instead he put the character with the strongest defense in the manga in front of WB to protect him from a nameless hakiless attack from Mihawk.

Whitebeard>>>Mihawk

Cry about it

「剣技」 (けんぎ, kengi) means "swordsmanship" or "sword technique". It refers to the skill and art of wielding a sword, often implying a high level of proficiency or mastery. The term combines "剣" (ken, sword) and "技" (gi, technique or skill).
In more detail:
剣 (ken):This kanji specifically means "sword".
技 (gi):This kanji means "technique," "skill," or "art".
Therefore, 剣技 (kengi) encompasses the overall ability and knowledge of how to use a sword effectively, including various techniques, styles, and strategies.

Also Teach's crew clearly respects him.

Laffitte told Pizarro back in Marineford, when Pizarro was talking about being Captain, that he'd kill him if he didn't shut up.

Even Rocks' Right Hand Man, Newgate, kind of hated him.

The Blackbeard Pirates just like straight up love Teach, they think he's a Riot.

I like how Teach is more like Luffy than Xebec, IMO. I could see the Level 6 Prisoners turning on Teach, but not the OG 5. Laffitte, Van Augur, Doc Q, Stronger, and Burgess are Lifers.

So there wont be these words in Xebec narration

Tbh i dont even see the ID ones betraying him. They practically owe him their lives and Shiryu essentially joins him out of respect

The only questionable one is Kuzan, but even then Im not 100% sure
