Its a no Touch, just like any other Yonko's clash.
I thought it wasn't No touch at first, but given Harald Big size i can see why he did that angle
people can't claim its Yonko only now like before.
its a small panel yeah, but no big deal to me.
Oda's probably can't waste anymore panel or pages since i believe there is a restrictions or rules about how many pages to publish like Webtoons since they are on Magazines ( and for Webtoons its Panel not Pages ).
and about why they are not on hardening, it can be various means, but most likely Oda's forgot to draw it. it happens.
But if its not fixed when volume came out, we can speculate anything until Oda's answer it on SbS or any sources

The issue with this is, this would be completely inconsistent with how Mihawk was written.

The only man said to be Roger’s equal was WB. And Mihawk doesn’t have feats or portrayal suggesting he rivals WB.

All he has is a title which derives its hype from Shanks

oda wouldn't write a character with such little hype and portrayal like mihawk if he wanted them to be viewed on the same level as roger and wb, but zoro fans gotta cope I guess.

Xebec was the one making threats and demands and in the end he ran away after getting nothing, not even a basic reaction out of Imu while the narrator states he knew he'd lose lmao, Imu looks like a chad while Xebec looks like a whiny bitch, Imu portrayal diffed Xebec in Xebec's own hype chapter, insane.

Mihawk was a kid when Roger died guys, of course theres no direct comparison between these eras of pirates.

Again, separate the difference between aura farming Captains and individual, lesser characters reserved for the MC's subordinate.

Mihawk is not a central character to the plot, hes a central character to Zoro. And this is exactly what works in his favor. He doesnt need to be doing reckless things like Invading Mariejoa or having adCoC clashes left and right. He's not a captain or a leader, he has never been written that way.

That does NOT mean he's not stronger than Shanks or other swordsmen as an individual.

IMu identity is a top secret. No one knows except for few. Yet, xebec not only saw imu but warned him as well.....in his own backyard....yet, imu did nothing.
