In some cases, it does regrow hair. Though that's not Finasteride's point in the first place. Finasteride is used to mitigate or stop the cause of hairloss. Hence you should use it as a combo of Fin and Min. Use Min alone, and you will see gains the first 1-2 years, before ultimately losing ground again, because the hair are being killed off.
