Reason why Gunko wasn't shocked is because she was drooling over Xebec.
That was the first time in years she hasn't been alone with beta cuck Imcel in the same room.

Would be hilarious if imu went to check on it and Thriller starts playing as Xebec climbs out with the most sinister grin saying "I'd told I'd be back bitch!" And then he segues into without me By Eminem as piracy/the entire world/mary geoise are so empty without he.
But yeah seriously it's too convenient that he was supposedly wiped out at gods valleys apparent destruction/disappearance. after this weird encounter with xebec and imu, I can see imu wanting to confront/deal with xebec personally face to face and get the last word too.
There was that weird line about that spiky Haired frozen prisoner in impel down too about him being "preserved for the future".
Why did a guy a little similar to rocks silhouette with spiky hair and specifically called ROCKStar join Shanks too? Why him? Did Shanks send him to whitebeard as a savage passive aggressive jab and reference to whitebeard forner captain? Or was it just ironic coincidence? Could rockstar even be a spy for Blackbeard as part of his revenge tour?
I refuse to believe Xebec won't literally return in some form. It's pure classic shonen writing. Oda has been imitating naruto so much and thus xebec would be perfect as his madara then.
I wouldn't be surprised if xebec cheated death/faked his death and escaped, laid low somehow.
We still don't know why kureha can live up to 140 and still be going strong, like she's only half that age at worst too. I'd say 50-60 or so.
Oda said a pirate with an eyepatch would reveal the story is near the end. Maybe it's xebec himself, missing an eye? And thus makes blackbeard scarring Shanks and almost taking his eye out more symbolic?
Level 6 impel down is exactly what Xebec should be destined for given its purpose and his role and fate in the story but now apparently Pirate island is like that too, as a sort of OP version of prisoners being deported to Australia?
Xebec will definitely return in the present day somehow. Blackbeards will nake it happen by choice or not.

Imu doesn't care about people seeing him, he had no problem showing himself to Cobra, it is the Gorosei who prevent that and they weren't even there at the time.

I had a dragon agenda that xebec ruined for me, since he did more than him in years.
I had a Shanks and Roger agenda that Xebec ruined because his Shockwave style is considered sword skill, so the fact I was right that Roger wouldn't do cut damage to kudo and that's why he has one scar became meaningless. My anti Mihawk agenda fucked as well.
I had a Sanji agenda, but now even if Sanji surpasses Gaban and Prime Rayleigh, there is not indicator that he will reach Roger, let alone surpass his top 1 rival Xebec like Zoro will.
My admiral agenda was made fun of as well.
Harald and Xebec do not touch etc, maybe implying Kuzan doesn't have coc in his clash with Garp.

It's understandable that Zoro fans would have a problem with Haki Swordsmanship having its limits compared Haki in general..
All you need is common sense not feats.
As you've already seen eos powerlevels will be absurd.
This isn't about Mihawk, it's about who Zoro has to overcome to be as strong or stronger than guys like Shanks, Roger, and Xebec.
The only possible candidates are Mihawk, the horse, Shawk, the janitor and maybe Fujitora.
If I had to put my money on any of them it would be Mihawk.
