I do appreciate Oda really diving into new and existing characters on the past side. Not expecting a lot from many of them going forward, but I do hope Oda closes the loop on their fates by the end of this FB:
- We know John and Gansui in the least died and ended up at Thriller Bark. How Moria achieved this is unknown but I have liked the God Valley is Thriller Bark theories given they are both from West Blue. Not sure tbh.
- We know Kaido, Big Mom, Whitebeard, Bakkin, Gloriosa and Shakky's future/fates already.
- This largely leaves Rocks, Ochoku (we know he was defeated by Blackbeard but hopefully we see it), Silver Axe and Shiki. The last 2 being rivals and Oda highlighting that fact makes me hopeful that Silver Axe survived God Valley and maybe, after Shiki broke out, both had died fighting each other to death. It would just be a nice way to close the loop on Chapter 0 at least. Rocks is obviously the most important of the bunch.
- Not sure what to think of the Fishman member, especially if Oda completely ignores Sambel (Sunbell) lol. Its possible they are siblings, since he's Barbel (similar name)
Edit: Forgot about Don Marlon and the 4 armed Gunman who seems to be a reference to Gill Bastar possibly. The latter is dead but I assume Bege killed the former eventually since thats a role he played back in West Blue
