I mean true it did mention Hanafuda became a fan of Kaido, YC2s aren't fans of each other
Look at this joke… A “rival” who’s supposedly
equal all of a sudden becomes a fan of the other’s strength. 😏 Seriously? If you were truly equal, there’d be
no reason to admire, idolize, or be awestruck by them. Admiration only happens when someone is
clearly above you, even if you try to hide it.
So this whole “equal rival” story is just narrative forcing the idea that they’re on the same level. In reality, the fan is
admitting the other’s superiority without even realizing it. It’s like saying: “I’m equal, but look at what a monster he is!” — ridiculous, right?
The so-called “equal” to Kaidou, Hanafunda, didn’t just die to make his supposedly hilarious “equal” the next Pirate King—he even entrusted the protection of his two children to someone he considered
equal in strength. Like, would he really need Kaidou guarding his kids if they were truly equals?
Admirer and fan of the strength of his “equal.”
Entrusted his children to the guy he was said to be equal to.
Died giving his all to make his “equal” the Pirate King.
It’s so strange and contradictory that it makes me laugh.
