Yep: Bege is a Mafia themed. Shiki and Kyo are both Yakuza themed, and most likely from Wano. Shiki's epithet uses terminology in Japanese that's often associated with Yakuza, and Kyo's also connected to them via his name in Japanese. Tekking had a good video about this.
Strong World and Edd War show that Shiki tries to mass recruit large forces to overpower people. In Strong World, Shiki's crew acted like a Mafia/Yakuza outlet, and was more or less a giant gang. Even the Straw Hats dressed like gangsters in the movie.
Shiki's Yakuza ties + his recruitment tactics make recruiting a Gang Boss like Bege very sensible for him. I think Apoo also ended up with Shiki: we see him running up an invisible surface off an island in the same chapter Bege gets lifted. IMO, the stairs were made Invisible by Absalom, and made to float by Shiki.
Moria is from Wano, and allied with Shiki after Moria lost to Kaido. Shiki hated Kaido for taking over Wano, but knew he couldn't challenge the Beast Pirates + Samurai alone. I also think Higurashi was working for Shiki, which is why she showed Shiki's face while talking to Orochi. Shiki wanted Higruashi to help Kaido take down Oden, so then Shiki could kill a weakened Kaido and take over Wano. Problem: Higurashi got killed.
The God Valley corpses Moria used were well preserved. This makes sense for John, who died later, but, not Gill Bastar. So, where the hell did Moria get them from?
If Kyo is from Wano, and is Yakuza, IE honor-based, I think Kyo (who hasn't become Silver Axe and should survive God Valley) took his Nakama to Wano and buried them.
This is where Moria got the God Valley corpses from: they were in such good condition, because they were frozen in Ringo. Moria met Hogback 12 years ago, 38 years after God Valley, so the corpses HAD to be preserved somehow. Shiki told Moria about their Graves (easy for Shiki to float into Wano), and worked with Moria to kill Kaido.
Bege was working for Shiki to kill Big Mom, Apoo was working to kill Shanks with Kidd and Hawkins, but then Kaido ruined it and Apoo switched to trying to take out Kaido; this is why Apoo wanted to team up with Drake to kill Kaido in Act 3.
Who does Absalom spy on? Blackbeard. Why would Moria have Absalsom spy on Pirate Island for him? Because Shiki wants to take out Teach, too.

If Shiki is Mosa, he's been hiding his face, because Loki already met him before, to try to manipulate Loki.
There's a chance Shiki is in Heaven World in Elbaph, since he could just Float up there, and not many people would be able to kick him out.

Kaido lived up to his title by going thru a massive gauntlet, which included 2 ACoC Mythical Zoan users, and smacking the MC 5 times even killed him once before asspull plot awakening revived him
