Simply because they aren't the focus of the arc. You'll see when Xebec and Garp/Roger have one.
Now it wouldn't have much sense not only repicating someting already seen, but even put the focus on that. We had BB-Roger's moment, now is Garp's and Xebec's. And Roger's, after this.

Btw, I am not saying they are at their absolute prime. They are at 95% thought. 90 for WB.
We know their age, they already have their Powers, and we were told their prime was 2 years later.
People getting way too ahead of themselves, Roger vs WB is not the focus of the flashback of course Oda won't bother drawing a EPIC double spread for their clash when there already one.
No doubt Roger vs Xebec will look much more powerful based on Harald vs Xebec
Acting like I'm oblivious to basic narrative things. I get how Oda structures that type of stuff aswell and I understand it as much as you guys.

It's just that I think that you heavily underestimate the power gaps inbetween these top tier sub tiers, it's why I'm talking losely and calling them a bunch of low top tiers.

Talking about stuff like 5% differences doesn't do it justice, when we know from recent times that singular power ups can be a complete game changer for a character's meta: Both Luffy and Zoro upon learning to control their CoC utterly shit and will shit on their 1 hour younger selves. FS completely changes Katakuri's game f.e.. And there would be many more examples.

Same here: What if WB later on learns FS, Gura awakening and perhaps even an ability like ID CoA and he's therefore like 2-3 CoC boosts away from his actual prime? Basic Gura+adCoC and his herculian strength would still make him a low top tier atleast.
His portrayal right now and that Rocks subordination fall very short in comparison to his prime portrayal, the FB Roger clash and his future WSM title.
We also know from Sengoku that Big Mom grew much stronger in strength since then, BM, who's also subordinated right now.

I gave you the example of Garp, who canonly - 8 years later - only reached his absolute peak afawk.

Imo you guys underestimate how weak in comparison to their actual primes they could really be right now. Which would fit well with their, again, subordination and why Garp has such an big impact in the scene, who's likely a solid top tier already.

And if WB is the bottleneck here for the rest of the Rocks pirates, which he is, that won't do well for the rest of them and their GV opponents logically. It can easily be that there are only 2 or 3 Sky splitters right now on GV and that there are not 8+ 97% yonkou guys.

Elder Lee Hung

Conqueror of the Stars
You know, the portrayal is actually pretty consistent.

Ryokugyu was confident he could solo the alliance that killed two Yonko, only a third Yonko made him back off

So by portrayal Ryokugyu = 3+ Yonko

And now we have Warp making three Yonko shit their pants and run away sweating, so Warp > 3 Yonko as well. Lol

Oda really is continuing the trend of 1 Admiral ~ more than 2 Yonko (even though Warp is only fruitless Admiral level in power)

@MarineHQ @EmperorKinyagi @Dragon777 @RyoQ

I was told Roger was pretending to clash
They told you right sir. Roger is There watching the scene, so he got free easily. He pretends to have his hands full in order to assist Rayleigh, consistent with his thoughts of some chapters ago where he laments that rayleigh didn't go to the bar.

Good news for you, now that Kuzan is conforme to be above Prime WB with a better haki explosion and with the narrative as the current strongest man in the new "Rocks" of this era, u can also push Mihawk above WB:BigW:

I'd have a way easier time to believe WB was intended to be far from his prime level here if it wasn't for Oda giving him his trademark weapon murakumogiri and a design very similar to his golden age on God Valley as opposed to his introduction alongside Xebec on Elbaf where he initially had a random bisento and generic outfit where you could tell this version of WB still had room to grow .
