Loki said he was joking and it was to piss Luffy off. There is no reason at all to believe Shanks used deception or jumped him with his crew, and until the manga gives reason to believe that, I'll stick to what it says, which is that Shanks beat Loki.
It literally is a gender based title lol, it is "世界最強の男" and "男" is for the male gender. If the title was World's Strongest Human it would be "世界最強の人間" since "人間" is for humans. And I don't understand your point about how "none of the other titles are gender so this one can't be!", Mihawk's title is for a combat style and Kaido's is for living things as a whole, there is no relation between any of them at all.

Great feats by Loki, but spoiler providers clearly overhyped him. It took a combination of Gaban/Shanks slowing Harald down so when his arm was off it Harald gave Loki a free shot and enough time for the kill.
It made no sense for Loki to be stronger than DR Harald. Even after Shamrock and Nurko massively nerfing him, Oda wouldn't have Luffy casually KO him in his base if he were that strong.

I actually don’t think Loki will fight Imu (directly)
Someone has to fight Domi-Dorry/Brogy and I think Loki even while nerfed should be up to the task
I think it’ll be a tag team between Loki and Usopp (with Usopp trying to save his masters)
Luffy and Brook against Gunko (we know Brook’s fruit has some weird shenanigans that can even effect people significantly stronger than him)
Sanji vs Sommers
Zoro vs Killingham
The rest of the Strawhats will focus on Domi Giant Army/protecting Jarul
I could see Jinbei trying to put out the fires on the branches/heading to the library
But I think Usopp will make some of the biggest contributions to saving the children/putting out the fires along with Jinbei

Last chapter of 2025 is one of the best ( I would only put Xebec invading holy land chapter as better ) in 2025 , so Oda did say farewell to 2025 in a style.
Great chapter for Loki as character , an emotional ending to Harald and probably the end of flashback in next chapter.
We learned a lot of new things like how do deal with immortality , we learned what Ragnir is and we finally got answer to mystery if Loki indeed has Legendary devil fruit .
Fruit pretty much deserved its legendary status seeing how easily Loki beat HK Harald while being transformed. Funny we still have to find out what exactly it is.
Overall 10 / 10 chapter with Elbaf arc having potential to be one of best arcs in one piece history.
