The speech is good and one of the aspect is people wanting to put this shit on luffy in world and some of the fan base.
Imu there because he see joy boy , Gaban think they got run because he know shit and because roger dream.
So think he got make sure that luffy lives to get it done.
You got ussop saying the truth .
None of that nika , joyboy or even what roger wanted shit matter to luffy and don't put in on him to stop him from fighting Imu .
It why at end of the chapter luffy broke Imu shield which for certain is something that i expect gaban could not think luffy could do .
Drum is small ass place compare to elbaf.
If we talking damage Imu and HK would have wipe drum island of the map just by fighting people .
Also Imu and his HK coming to elbaf had huge Impact not only they fuck up people , destroying county etc etc
The biggest aspect is elbaf has now declare war on WG, they made the most powerful nation a enemy which the biggest impact you can do .

If the gist is that Luffy doesn't care about destiny and all of that, that is dandy and all but then you cannot also in the same vein always have destiny keep saving his bum ass time and time again. Against Kaido this mofo died two bloody times and it was destiny that saved his ass. Was literally a dead man now against Imu and it was bloody destiny that saved him again via Gaban. Even the bloody Nika fruit that he has is destiny. So all of this I walk my own path and I'm not gonna be influenced by destiny is utter tosh as far as I am concerned.

It's confusing because he's both following destiny and a doctrine of freedom. It just makes you want to call it bullshit doesn't it lol
In a quantum model, I can in fact have my cake and eat it too. It's precisely why Kakashi was able to "look both ways" figuratively when he and Naruto trained to learn the Rasenshuriken.

Imu is very very OP. 3 top strong classes vs 1 and they can't beat him. Possible will not have see all imu powers. Possible imu will be transfered back to the castle. Clearly not gonna die here. Blackbeard should take his fruit and take revenge for his dad and mom. Final villain is obvious since long time ago blackbeard vs luffy. Maybe is time to garp die. These gonna made the battle much better at the end. Gunko, Bonney, Vagapunk next strawhats.
The breaks and stalling suck. I feel like the story hasn't been progress a lot in the past month, it's weird to say it because it used to have a lot going on in one chapter like 3 chapters ago. The higher number of fight scenes are good, Loki and Luffy show a new move and the combo attack, other than that pretty much nothing.
