Luffy TOLD the readers you can't use haki under the effect of seastone. DF users from Big Mom to Ace cannot free themselves with haki.

Dude unless you didnt read the last 20 chapters let me remind you that big mom was wrapped into 100%sea Stone chains, Im quoting Queen by mangastream traductions.
So, its possible for an DF user to be imune to sea Stone.
