Kozuki Oden is probably the most interesting and one of the very impressive characters in the series.
Now let’s look at his abilities and achievements.
Also, 39 years ago, Oden was already rocking that full body armament haki. What a legend. I can’t wait to know about him.

- Loved and adored by Wano country. And have such loyal retainers
- He became a daimyo of Kuri at a young age of 20
- Roger was captivated by him and went to witness the secrets of the world at Raftel
- Whitebeard was charmed. Later he became one of his top commanders
- Shanks and Buggy respected him.
- The only person who scarred Kaido

Hoo boy, there is so many things I'm looking forward to in Oden's flashback:
- Oden without the Yami Yami, time traveler Toki, Shogun Sukiyaki, tomboy Hiyori, and bully victim Momo
- The country of Wano before it was a wasteland
- The origins of the Scabbards
- Denjiro and Izo
- Everyone's past appearance like Prime Hyo, Hitetsu, and O-Tama's parents
- Young Kaido and his calamities, maybe his Numbers too
- Young Orochi and his debt, his motivations, later backstabbing of Oden
- Hints of the traitor in the current storyline
- Shitmotsuki clan before Kaido wiped them out
- Possibly Moria graverobbing Wano
- Oden's fights. The ying yang blades Vs Ashura Doji and Vs Kaido.
- Division commander Oden in the young Whitebeard pirates
- Roger Pirates and finding poneglyphs
- Oden's execution by boiling
And Oda will throw in new, unexpected things on top of all that. This is a Pirate King crew member after all, no surprise if this is the longest flashback in the series yet.

A pretty interesting chapter. So with the bombing at night, it doesn’t look like many of the people were harmed, but it didn’t explain where Usopp, Franky, and everyone else with them are.
The best two scenes were with Luffy this chapter; him being a dork with that samurai armor like he’s actually going to fight with it (also, notice how Luffy said yet again that he’s going to beat Kaido, for the people that still think Zoro is going to kill him), and his concern over Jinbe. The former was funny, the latter was really good to see. Love how it showed Zoro’s reaction to Jinbe as well. More confirmation that he’s going to show up in Wano, and another reminder that he is part of the crew.
Hopefully the Oden flashback will be oft he causality the last few chapters were.
