Kaido is just so dumb that's why people like Orochi can act as the brain in their team.
Pair Orochi with actual competent villain like Akainu, Doffy, or Crocodile instead of clowns like Kaido / BM, and Orochi won't shine as much anymore as the brain

I think that his family was a noble one but that after a rivalry with the Kozuki clan they fell out of power and lost all their riches and influence making him extremely envious and ressentful of the Kozuki and Yasuie.

A bit cliche:p but I can defo see that happening ^^. If you remember, a dude called "Kurokama" was mentioned last chapter, the dude Kin was trying to sell the boar to. He also seems to have a bone to pick with Hyogoro and was trying to use the boar to get him, so he's defo giving off antagonist vibes. Orochi's surname is "Kurozumi", which is a bit similar to "Kurokama" so there might be some relation there ^^

You think Yonko Veterans would lose easily to Pig God? Don't see that possible especially Page One is strong to destroy an town on his own like Drake without much try. Not much to go off for it. Usually NW creatures are no good once you learn Haki.

As a Congolese (also in most African cultures )
We usually call an older man as Uncle just a sign of respect

I think is the same with Japanese people
Oden is just saying it out of respect

The word Oden uses is お父貴 (Ojiki), which translates to uncle. It's the first time I've ever encountered the word and after looking it up in the dictionary, the only reference I could find, states that it's a respectful way of calling an uncle you're intimate/familiar with. It has the Kanji for uncle in it so, I think it does hint at a blood relation between Oden and Yasuie.

Well OP has its share of cliche things and the conflict between Orochi and Oden and his children just smells like the old feuding families trope.
