Static bounties are fine, dynamic ones confuse people. Make a distinction between the two and there will be no confusion.

Tbh regarding the kata/king debate in regards to who is stronger,each side has at least an argument for their case but for now, there is no definite proof of who is stronger between the two,just some interpretation which gives us arguments as to who is stronger or not.
I also do think ODA is going to make king stronger than katakuri but that does not mean ODA is necessarily going to make it true.
We all have our expectations with more or less reasoning to back it up,but until it is actually proven during the battles in onigashima,no side is RIGHT or WRONG.
And no amount of mental gymnastics is changing that.
