Personnaly I'd prefer if it's just healing his wounds. I doubt that even Law can heal the Smiles effects.

Rther Oda has jerfed Luffy or he does not know what he is doing.

Still used Gear Third, there are characters doing the same thing with unnamed techniques

It shows that kidd,luffy and law are trying to showoff in front of zoro and Luffy is taking the lead by showing that he can now take out g4 with ease and not as last resort...

If thats the point then why have Kyoshiro and these other guys destroy the galleons and end the fight quickly without showing gear fourth no longer has time limit.

Well, he should be capable of doing that since he also healed the Punk Hazard children. But who knows. Still, Killer should be able to fight properly here, so that's not far fetched.

He only healed partially the kids, he didn't eliminate all the effects of Caesar's drugs and he didn't revert them back to their original size which is why Tashigi went to Vegapunk.
This is why I don't think he can rid Killer of the Smiles effects.
