Joker as YC3.5, wild card as Pero/Vista, Joker is slightly above or equal to jack , like how Pero is to Snack. (Joker is part of Kaido crew indirectly)
Queen YC3 & King YC2, veteran commanders
Kaido Jr as YC0/1 as Oden/Kata who are set apart.

YC4 : Ace - Jack - Snack
*YC3.5 : Vista - Joker - Pero*
YC3 : Jozu - Queen - cracker,
YC2 : Marco - King - Smoothie

Again Yonkou crews don't necessarily have to have the same dynamics. Luffy/Law/Kidd are rivals and their crews are completely different. Moreover in Kaidou's crew we have a lot more mid tiers that Lilin's crew (i.e. Flying Six as opposed to Perospero, Oven, Daifuku and Compote and I haven't even added in the Numbers or the Supernova yet...lolz). Hell some of those Flying Six might be enroaching on low high tier status e.g. Drake
