Musuko (息子) means "son" and musume (娘) means "daughter". Kaido says 息子.

Thank you. But King feels another boring character and I found no reason to like him so far. Actually he fits very well as Zoro's opponents seeing how all of his opponents (save Kaku) are bland, and that is exactly why I want somebody more lively as Zoro's opponent.

Yes, there is. Kaidou says Musuko, that is son. The word for daughter is Musume in Japanese.
