At best one or two named characters will die.
One of the reasons why I was not fully satisfied with Marineford war was that only Ace and Whitebeard died. The fact that none of the Straw Hats allies at Enies Lobby died was also really cringeworthy to me, especially given the BS way they survived the Buster Call.

I will say it right here and everyone can quote me on that: During this war nobody (!) significant will die. I'm actually pretty sure that we will see more comebacks, like Pedro for example, than actual deaths.

Maybe because announcing Yamato's marriage now will be inappropriate until his bride who is on the queen Mama chanter arrives?
Like let's say kaido announces it now,most of his subordinates are going to say it comes from nowhere as Yamato's bride isn't even there.

-Kaido and Orochi making a speech to their subordinates,then;
-Waiting for Bm's crew..

I mean there should be a reason as to why they need to wait for Bm's crew before proceeding in the rest of the schedule.

Welp, going by viz translation, yamato might be pretty strong
It's certainly being made out to be a quite difficult task, and an important one, but at the same time why then is it then being given to the weaker Flying Six instead of the Calamities? Now, Queen's obviously busy, but Jack and King would surely be the best bets for a job that requires strength.
