Seriously now, i can see Zoro cut Kaido using everything he got and then faint but not more than that.
Oden was a monster who travelled in the two best pirate crews in the OP world, someone Whitebeard considered a brother and that reached Laugh Tale. And he could just cut a weaker version of Kaido.

Even doing what Oden did is absurd for someone far from his prime, more is beyond that.

Kill Orochi, defeat a calamity with some help (more than that would outshine Luffy fight against Katakuri) and cut Kaido before fainting is even too good for someone who isn't Luffy
