With the Raid Suit Sanji fits this reasoning as much as Kid (if we follow the mecha reasoning), in fact one of the potential trains of thought Oda could follow to develop this versus is, precisely, the already set-up debate on using science to fight and how it can benefit you and your people.

Also, if Queen is a cyborg as it seems it would be a bit unbalanced that he fought a guy who controls magnetism. If Kid may be a high tier by himself, putting him against a man made of steel to a certain degree would be too much on his advantage, wouldn't it?

of course not, if anything Kid needs that advantage to beat Queen (Which for me is unlikely that he can beat Queen in 1v1)... we cant just make every metal user lower than Kid as if they cant resist kid... Shanks, Mihawk, Fujitora, Zoro, Kuma and now Sanji too and every other metal weapon user, as if they automatically lose to Kid when there are more OP Fruits out there but they still resist it like Fujitora, Doflamingo (Full Body Control)...
Sanji is full armor... Queen and Kid just have metal/Mechanical Arm
