Apoo isn’t vet level. Most of the supernovas are low yc level at least. I’d expect apoo to be able to take snack out, and id bet that drake is already stronger than Jack, and Kidd and Zoro probably push any YC1 to extreme diff or better.

It doesn’t have to make sense, but the supernovas are portrayed as Luffy’s peers.

Luffy has grown a lot but none of them have stagnated either. Most of them would still be challenging for Luffy and Zoro to defeat, especially with the weird abilities most of them have.

Post-timeskip, all characters say they will do somethinh, then they backtrack on the first obstacle they face!

We see that with Sanji saying he will reduce the enemies number against P1

We se that with Zoro telling Luffy he will rally Samurai for him

Pre-skip, words had WEIGHT! Now, they don't mean shit! Groundless, have no weight, the words of Zoro/Sanji/Luffy/Big mom/Kaido/etc mean as much as fodders words in the background

Nope. Urouge got portrayed directly above Apoo when he took out Snack while Apoo failed to do anything in WCI. Apoo is Vet level.
