People don't realise it because Apoo was seriously impressive in this chapter, but the sole fact that he wants to become a Tobi roppo and not even an All star is saying something about his power level.
He's solid Vet level. Very dangerous long range fighter due to his hax, but he doesn't seem to be comfortable at close range.
