Evidently Apoo wasn't defeated by just one attack from Kid and managed to fight back against him. He also shows his realism and cynicism by mocking Kid for having thought for a second that their alliance stood a chance against a Yonko and his crew, and it is true that against the Red Hair Pirates Kid's alliance would most certainely have been crushed.
Oda also doesn't change his Hax power = big ridiculous weakness by having Apoo's attacks just being made ineffective by covering your ears.
Who's Who's crew is made of cat themed persons, it is also confirmed that the people wearing the eye mask are part of his crew, which is a strong hint that he has the Smilodon/Sabretooth Tiger Zoan.
Also not too surprisingly but also disappointingly Oda has Marco comes to Wano after all, and then redo the same situation than with King at the waterfall. It already made no sense that the BMP still hadn't crossed the waterfall yet but here it is just ridiculous. To add another plot convenience the BMP were again unsurprisingly not told about Onigashima's other entrance.

So Luffy wouldn’t have been able to dodge Apoo’s ability with future sight after all because if you hear it you are liable to get attack no matter if you dodge or not. That’s haxed lol
Oda is also setting up clear Marco and King parallels, you can expect a fight between them this arc.
Big Mom didn’t lose her memory again, she was just not informed about the port and she seems to be surprised to see Chopper there (if those eyes aren’t just painted in ones lol), I wonder what will happen.
