Why can't 'No-Name' attacks damage P1? Sanji's base kick cracked Ovens collarbone or whatever. And against P1 he had his RS on, which makes his kicks even stronger. There was a reason why P1 was screaming in Pain everytime he got hit by Sanji.

Because P1 is still strong for other members of the alliance, even if Sanji is stronger than him. It's a win win for Sanji and Oda. Sanji gets to easily defeat a strong enemy, Oda gets to show off the modified RS and then Sanji can fight someone stronger later.
