Moria, once he became an ally of the government, had every reason to kill Kaido, he had killed the his crew, and why Moria shouldn'T have told the government everything about Kaido ?!

I am pretty sure that all this 3 are in the same room than Luffy because we see luffy fighting headliners that were draw chapters 980 (with Zoro too) such as the beengirl on top right of the panels. So luffy is not in a separate room.

very interesting chapter finally we got some hints about the big girl that shes a spy I think ( she gave orochi some vodka drink I guess andthats not a normal drink , maybe its a sleeping drink or a toxic one who knows ) and about other hint there was a guy in shadow while neko and marco tacked I think hmmmmmmm
