Easily just look at the spoilers, Ulti alone perform already better feat then Daifuku with putting Luffy so much in trouble where he need to use G4, Oda just cut of the fight before it really began to happy. Featwise she stands right now above, portrayalwise they are equal, so stop with your headcanon.
Yet with a far large powergap, Lucci would complete destroy Kalifa, the other top two too.
Since that how much Robin and Nami improve? Did they learn haki? Get their physical and other states improve? Since when they really face strong characters after the timeskip? The last one who Usopp face was Trebol where Usopp get stomped, Robin play the babysitter for Rebecca when Kyros defeat Diamante. When Brook need the help of Sanji while facing just Sheephead.
No I don´t Perospero is a monster, but also the flyers too, you simple ignore the current feats of Ulti, she is with Drake in same ballpark, what have Nami and Robin proof to beeing in same Ballpark, do they magically beat now xDrake lvl characters?

Ulti got nice strenght in zoan form, which is good but that's all there is to zoan. Luffy totally speedblitzed her. If raw power is everything then Nami should be above vet level with zeus

(Distracted) Base Sanji turned his back on Daifuku's genie on the wedding and still hardly suffered any damage, then, at the end of the arc he easily blocked a swing of the Giant genie as well.
Oven, "the most durable Charlotte, was sent flying by a non DJ kick of Sanji and that attack bruised him up, not to mention how his eyes rolled back.
RS Sanji couldn't even put down the weakest Tobi roppo for good, imagine what Ulti or even Sasaki/Who's Who could do.
