If Yamato joins SH, Oda should add one female character to join Blackbeard pirates because if that doesnt happen, Catarina Devon will have major hype.

Not gonna lie, aside from Blackbeard, Shiryu, and maybe Lafitte, his crew seems lacking. They need to accomplish something relevant against strong opponents, because right now if yamato joins I'll say Luffy's crew trashes Blackbeard's one.
Burgess was a disappointment and he's supposed to be one of the strongest.
At this point luffy could fight them with just zoro, sanji, jimbei and yamato by his side while the others sip some nice cocktails.

No sure where Yamato fits in the SH crew dynamic tbh. Bit lame if she's literally going to copycat Oden.

Each SH has their unique ambition and goal but Yamato's so far feels cheap in comparison.

Burgess got washed by Mera mera Sabo, so it wasnt disappointment at all.

On top of that, all of his crew except the OG (Burgess, Van Augur, Laffite, Doc Q) is a level 6 prisoner. So they isnt scrub at all.

Thats why if Yamato joins SH, and if Oda doesnt add one more female to Blackbeard crew, it will be Major hype up for Catarina Devon as only female in his crew.
