If scabbard would die, then it might be Kinemon since he was introduced from Punk Hazard. I think it is probably why Oda shows Kinemon at the peak of his power in this arc so in his last moment he would look glorious in his death.

TBH is better for them to be dead, at least Orochi. Even if he's not dead his enemy is Kaidou and all of the Samurais and Ninjas(oniwabanshu) that he had has betrayed him.

For those wanking Oden (he should be wanked), don't try to use Oden's feat to wank your favorite YC2 Swordsman just because he has a black blade. Oda wanks each character differently and the feat of scarring Kaido while no one has done so belongs to Oden and Oden alone. Mihawk shouldn't be leeching off Oden's feat. If anyone could replicate what Oden has done, it would have already been done.

They are masters of deception after all. Kanjuro is such a master at acting and painting that I strongly doubt that he was even in danger.

Hrm I don't think so. There should be a switch to what's happening in the outside world. It would be weird if Oda did that while everyone is still in the mansion.

There's a lot of action and plot left before we enter a lull in the story.
