This is the same thing with Pica. Pica blocked Luffy's way to Doffy, then Zoro jumped in.

He seems at leady 5 times as big as Jack, whos 8 meters, meaning that he's 40 meter which isn't far from Oar jr's 60 meter

It's the most likely possibility just like her getting hit by Jinbei's attack, Zeus' reinforced lightning, Coup de Burst and Franky's Bike did not do damage to her.
