explains their personalities zoro is like luffy reckless dives into danger without single care while sanji seems like more laid back calculative one. we don't see sanji doing any fighting since his clash with king maybe that is why he looks nice and clean

Oda is kinda inconsistent with that, he probably wanted to show impact of Queen's bit

Btw last chapter Luffy was bleeding while Zoro only had bruises on the main panel but on the bottom panel Luffy only has bruises

Normally when not entire crew is together it doesn't matter. But when all are together, Oda can easily adjust the panels but this is a form of story telling.
