I'm waiting for the official translation to see if the talk is really about the dawn of the world. I am rather skeptical that this chapter is talking about the dawn of the world since luffy and his crew are the ones who will bring it. After all, Pedro said that the straw hats are the ones who change the world and will lead it to a new dawn.

I actually think this things more interesting, considering how rich in history Wano is and whatever was discovered on Laugh Tale. Plus, Yamato could've made the connection of Joyboy to momo from the logbook

that rule is just doesn't restricted to OP, it is same for most of the mangas...for example, Ichigo can teleport and yet he ran so much in the soul society...
