In this chapter it's confirmed Judge's son still trying to use his CoO, but somehow still failed to hear Nami's crying, when she already kept shouting, surrendering, begging for mercy and crying. Either that or he just doesn't care anymore and slowly really turning into what he hates, the cold emotionless Germa clones.
