Well as expected, I don't see Black Maria be any serious obstacle but just a gag.
But I am highly expecting Black Maria to be an Okama now. Seems to a situation similar to him meeting Ivankov(F), and currently I don't see anyone who(robin, nami) can help him against that group of females. So only thing I can think of is sanji fights her(if she is Okama, though still doesn't feel good that transgender are not respected, and Sanji doesn't' accept them as women, didn't this ever cause an issue with SJWs?) or the whole thing will be solved in someother way since Sanji's is not important for fight with kaido and will be used in some other objective.
