You got false memory too? Monet can help you with that

Vergo ankle vs Sanji’s shin (weakest part of the leg vs Sanji’s strongest and hardest part of the leg)

Vergo is attacking Sanji with his ankle foot, and Sanji is checking high up on his knee joint. Sanji’s shin bone is the strongest at this exact point; the leg bones and ligaments connect here, the connective tissues and muscles are thicker here. Vergo breaks Sanji’s fibula and almost snaps it in two when he is clashing with his ankle.

Vergo is using minimum range of motion with his leg bent and he is using the weakest not eve his shin in the clash but actually clashig with his ankle which has weak muscles and weak ass bones, all very susceptible to trauma. The way in which Vergo attacks is the last thing you want to do because an ankle joint injury is as good as certain. We know Sanji even has hardening as he did use it against Drake (latest anime confirms) and we can be as good as certain he used it. Even Luffy mentions in the same arc that Sanji is part of the three in the crew capable of using armament haki, meaning he most assuredly used armament haki against Vergo.

When Vergo runs up on Sanji he is seen lifting his left leg sort of feigning attacking with a left roundhouse kick, as here you can see he is actually clashing with his right leg. That means he switched position, traded momentum and power just for a leg switch meant to mess with Sanji's head. Vergo switched legs so fast Sanji can't barely even react to it (hence the three exclamation marks).

Just for reference, just look at the most famous and iconic leg break in UFC history that is almost completely identical to the one featuring Sanji vs Vergo, only the result was the complete opposite: i.e. Anderson Silvia vs Wiedman. Here Silvia loses for the first time in 7 years because he does the same “mistake” Vergo does kicking with a low angle of his foot and Weidman checking high up, just like Sanji. Silvia is even lucky he didn’t kick as low as Vergo because an ankle injury would have been far worse. Just ask Silvia who needed surgeries, titanium implants, 6 months to recover and started taking steroids to dull the pain

Vergo should technically break worse than Silvia here, yet instead he is the one that cleaves Sanji’s bone almost in two.

Sanji got so badly humiliated by Vergo it is not even funny, though it actually is very funny :christman::christman::christman:
2 words and you wrote a good damn science article. Damn :suresure:

C

critical mindset

Sanji's goal was to save Tashigi and the marines, Vergo's goal was to silence them.
Sanji's goal was achieved, even in a nerfed state:cheers:
You think the same explosion that Usopp was in and was fine from is strong enough to hurt Sanji's leg bones when Sanji is a leg fighter that just does leg and shin hardening training. :suresure::suresure::suresure:

Concerning Apoo while it's impressive that he got back up I have to say that he was still beaten by Zoro, just like how Magellan beat Ivankov, Whitebeard beat Akainu, BM and Katakuri easely defeated the Vinsmoke males and Big Mom smashed Queen.
Stop comparing cheapshots to actually fights. Zoro's cheapshot didnt even count from the start...the fact that Apoo got back up from it makes it even worse.

Finalbeta

Zoro Worshipper
the difference is ivankov was out of commission for a long time...zoLo literally JUST hit him and he's right back up
What do you mean by out of commission exactly? He was always ok until Magellan literally got a clean shot and defeated Ivankov. Then Ivankov used his Hell's Wink to get to the upper floor.

I feel like there's a massive double standard when people accuse Zoro of a cheapshot when Sanji's entire Germa suit power revolves around being invisible and executing cheap shots....

These guys are pirates, they play dirty, so I feel like this dumb argument needs to die here
well Zolo fans was arguing Apoo is fodder compared to him because of a cheapshot

it's okay that he cheapshoted Apoo but we must acknowledge it , and acknowledge that in a fair fight Apoo make Zolo cry

  1. Zoro and drake verbally decide to tag team apoo to take him out
  2. Drake and zoro clash with apoo simultaneously multiple times
    • With drake even using hybrid and zoro coating his swords in armament
  3. While apoo was focused on drake zoro took advantage of an opening to attack him and get the antidote
  4. Apoo is fine after the attack and drake finishes him off
Somehow means Zoro oneshot low diffed apoo and is on a whole different level than him and drake...?
:sanmoji:

So Sanji didnt cheapshot Oven ? And this is even if we accept the fact that Zoro attacked from the front.
There is a difference between the two.

Sanji attacked Oven from the rear. When he kicked Oven he was outside of Oven's body and out of his line of sight. Sanji kicked across of his body and him near the collarbone. Look at Oven's left leg and compared to the location of Sanji's body.

Zoro attacked Apoo from the front and with a single swing he cut through Apoo tonfa, cut Apoo and didn't cut the anitdote. Instead he knocked the antidote out of his clothes. All thanks to us ability to cut nothing. Zoro attack was a frontal attack and he cut Apoo on the white part of his clothes that goes down the center of his body.
