So hear me out.... What if Kaido's devil fruit use to belong to Xebec, and when he died, Big Mom captured it's soul and put it into a fruit, and gave it to Kaido?
There might be something here regarding Big Mom's power, and being able to manipulate the souls that reside in devil fruits, which explains why she has so many Devil Fruit users on her crew.....

First she casually blocking G3 Luffy
Next she constantly making Sasaki sweating
Next she tanking armored troops' attack and shown she is able to take hits unlike most other female characters
Next she one shotted a Number who made General Franky running away
Now she stalemated Ace apparently without using her DF (same Ace whose AP > Marco)
End of Wano Yamato > Marco the Loser
First she casually blocking G3 Luffy
Next she constantly making Sasaki sweating
Next she tanking armored troops' attack and shown she is able to take hits unlike most other female characters

Like we now know that YC1s are either from special race or children of someone powerful

His only secret power is his very good DF.
Banning all the DFs,
- King: swordmanship, Wildfire, physical strength, probably racial skill only for his race, and probably advanced CoA and CoC
Katakuri: Future Sight, Mogura, physical strength that matched Boundman, good CoA, CoC
Luffy: Future Sight, Advanced CoA, CoO, physical strength, CoC
Ace: physical strength (abuove Sabo and Luffy in childhood), CoC
Yamato: physical strength, CoA, ancient zoan killer club, probably CoC
Now Marco? Mediocre kicks and what else?

Ace always hand higher offensive stats than Marco.
Rookie/Supernova Ace was top vet/low high tier since he matched Jinbei.
Yamato is strong. Cant wait to see her df

With DF, Ace was seen doing island level feat during his clash with Teach. Marco? Lol, at best only kicking Kizaru which he replied "oh hurt" sarcastically.
Without DF, child Ace was seen overpowering Sabo and Luffy in their duel. Ace was portrayed as That One Person whom Luffy (reluctantly) admitted to be stronger. Marco? Lol.
Sure with DF Marco can be rather useful, can fly, faster, can regen, can do AoE heal (not sure why this genius never did it though in MF).
But banning DF he lost all his purposes.
