Whitebeard only cares about his family, we all know that, but that family is only made up of his crew. When oden left Whitebeard to join his rival, whatever he thought of oden, he was no longer part of his family.

Same whitebeard decides to challenge marine when Ace was about to be executed but didnt want bloodshed because his "brother" was killed by enemy. Welps you decide.

So then you must of had a problem with his character when Thatch was killed and they didn't go after Blackbeard then. Elaborate on that difference for me, im curious
