Actually, that clip is showing us that Sanji needs a full heat attack from Oven to be able to use just a single Ifrit Jambe attack

So, according to the movie, its like Ifrit Jambe was Diable Jambe (that can get extremely hot by itself and even more if Sanji gets pissed) plus Oven's Devil fruit, the Netsu Netsu no Mi, that can produce insanes amount of heat, like when Oven started boiling the sea water and overwhelmed Jinbei's crew in a matter of seconds



Im sure the canon Ifrit Jambe is far above that tho, cuz we can't see the lightning on Sanji's leg in the movie
